Throughout the year, the WNY Chapter hosts monthly educational and networking luncheon meetings for our members. These meetings not only bring the Chapter’s members and non-members together; more importantly, they serve as an educational resource by hosting well recognized international, national, and local speakers to address a variety of fundraising topics. 

One of AFP’s most visible annual events, the National Philanthropy Day luncheon, celebrates the outstanding philanthropic efforts of individuals and organizations in the WNY Community who give so much of their time, talent and treasure to make a difference in the lives of so many. National Philanthropy Day salutes these dedicated individuals and organizations that are invaluable to the missions of many local charities, and those they serve. This event is attended by more than 450 individuals from the business and volunteer community.

Your investment as a supporter to the WNY Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals offers value from the positioning and branding gained through partnering with the largest association of fundraisers. Your investment in AFP assists us in the continuing education of those you interact with in the nonprofit sector. Sponsorships are an important aspect of the Chapter’s revenue stream, especially with regard to National Philanthropy Day, while promoting your products and services to our members and event guests/attendees.
